Biz Karts have surpassed all expectations with their unique ability to manufacture and deliver large fleet orders complete with spares packages in short delivery times. With huge investments in the latest manufacturing technology including robotic welding cells and CNC high speed piercing equipment, Biz Karts are well positioned to further increase quality and reduce manufacturing lead times.
ASSEMBLY
Here in a controlled area our assembly team meticulously match and build each component into a complete hand built kart, be it for rental use or thoroughbred racing. The resulting product is a testimony to the quality of its manufacture, great handling, good looks and above all strength. Customer requirements are never the same! Fleets of karts are tailored during assembly to meet specific customer requests. Additional equipment includes: low level fuel tanks, plastic bumper systems, disabled hand controls, Hydraulic brake systems, chain or belt drives, catalytic convertors, and a 'registered design' parking brake system for rental karts.
